We firmly believe in economies of scale and adopt mass housing wherever possible. Our projects involve development of apartment units on large tracts of land. JES focuses on locations with a market comprising of first time home owners. Though the project location is not necessarily a prime location at the time of lauching the project, the scale of development proposed by JES itself ensures that the neighborhood attains ‘prime location’ status. Infrastructure such as public transportation, schools, hospitals, and convenience stores automatically followed each of JES’ development projects.
We ensure cost advantage by integrating our operations and refining our in house manufacturing capabilities. Prior to economic reforms, Janapriya introduced and revolutionized innovative mortgage solutions when very few customers had very few mortgage solutions.
