The Boardroom

K. Ravinder Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Reddy graduated with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from JNTU in 1976. Prior to establishing Janapriya, he worked with the State Irrigation Department. His commitment towards his ilk and the profession saw him taking up issues and representing the Association of Civil Engineers before the Government.

Mr. Reddy was also the President of the Andhra Pradesh Builder's Association and is now its Chairman. As a distinguished spokesperson of the industry, his views are often solicited by government agencies and the media.

K. Kranti Kiran Reddy, Executive Director Kranti holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Construction Management. After graduating from the North Carolina State University (USA), he joined Janapriya as its Executive Director. At Janapriya, he was instrumental for employing state-of-the-art computer hardware and software solutions, heavy construction equipment and office automation. It was under his leadership that the Company developed a sophisticated ERP Application.

Srinivas Chaluvadi, Chief Financial Officer A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering and an MBA from the University of Oklahoma, we have a multifaceted and a gifted individual in Srinivas. Adding to all that, Srinivas is a NASD-certified investment advisor and a licensed International Financial Analyst. After over two decades of experience handling urban infrastructure projects, he is amongst the most able men in the Industry.

Gopal Reddy, Director – Construction Gopal holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. He has proved his mettle time and again, delivering projects irrespective of time and budget constraints, both in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. Over the last two decades he has monitored the construction of over 2 million sq.ft. of residential and commercial property. He is also instrumental in project planning, construction scheduling, cost estimates, resource planning and quality control.

K. Surendra Reddy, Director – Manufacturing Surendra is a Law graduate and is responsible for all the manufacturing activity at Janapriya. It is through his efforts that the Company has been able to generate its own critical construction material for its captive consumption. He is also responsible for the timely delivery of construction material and logistics at the construction sites.

N. Nandanandan Reddy, Director – Marketing Nandan, a Bachelors degree holder in Civil Engineering is responsible for the outlook and how the Company needs to be marketed outside. Given the fact that the entire marketing and sales is accomplished in-house, Nandan's responsibility is huge. His responsibility can be categorized into three broad areas; Marketing, Documentation and Mortgage Solution. Nandan also deals with the branding and promotional activities across all media.
